QUÉBEC VIDEOTRON CENTER

Consultants within the team of the flagship multifunctional amphitheater of Quebec, we worked on the design and the realization of the technological and scenographic infrastructure of the project. Our experience enabled us, in collaboration with ABCP architecture and Quebecor, to design television production infrastructures that meet the highest standards such as those of the NHL (including LED scoreboards, sound reproduction system, motorized stage systems, dressing…). Definitely one of our most "WOW" projects!

Our mandate was to design and integrate state-of-the-art audiovisual and technological systems, in harmony with the site's heritage architecture. The objective: to offer citizens and elected officials a renewed, accessible and connected experience, while respecting the historic soul of the building.

We implemented a tailor-made approach, combining technological discretion and performance, to equip the Council Chamber, Executive Committee, press rooms and protocol areas. Integration took place in a spirit of close collaboration with the architects and other project professionals, as part of an integrated design process (IDP).

The project, which took more than seven years to complete, brought a symbol of Montreal democracy back to life. In this emblematic location, technology plays a key role, acting as a veritable political megaphone at the service of citizens. Thanks to an exemplary energy renovation, a respectful expansion and a complete technological upgrade, Montreal's City Hall today stands as a model of sustainability, innovation and citizen participation.
